The F.A.A.A. is an umbrella organization of three reenacting units centered in central North Carolina. We represent:
- F Company of the 325th Glider Infantry Regiment, 82nd Airborne Division, United States Army
- H Company of the 504th Parachute Infantry Regiment, 82nd Airborne Division, United States Army
- C Company of the Royal Ulster Rifles, 6th Airlanding Brigade, 6th Airborne Division, British Army
Individual members of the F.A.A.A. range as far north as Ohio and as far south as South Carolina. In addition to those regiments, F.A.A.A. members also represent other WWII U.S. Army divisions, the Kings Own Scottish Borderers, and the United States Marine Corps.
The First Allied Airborne Army (Reenacted) fosters and preserves the history of the units we reenact by enhancing the public’s understanding of the American and British paratrooper and the glider man’s contributions during World War II through historically accurate reenactments, camp demonstrations, tactical reenactments, educational displays, military drills, parades, memorial ceremonies, and civilian activities.
